This deep-seated passion evolved into a steadfast mission when I confronted the complexities of the corporate realm as an immigrant female investment consultant, navigating a male-dominated industry fraught with challenges related to gender inequality and work-life balance.

I intimately understand the delicate act of balancing family and career, raising children with special needs while pursuing success in a highly competitive field. Over time, I've come to realize that what obstructs women from realizing their full potential extends far beyond the challenges of achieving a work-life balance or the gender pay gap. It's a multifaceted interplay of external factors, including societal pressures and rigid work arrangements, coupled with internal barriers like self-perception, fears, and limiting beliefs.
